i2iTracks 101: Back to Basics

i2iTracks ​101 ​is ​a ​training ​class ​that ​is ​designed ​for ​new ​i2iTracks ​users ​or ​can ​be ​used ​as ​a ​refresher ​course ​for ​those ​with ​some ​i2iTracks ​experience. ​ ​

In ​i2iTracks ​101, ​you ​will ​receive ​hands-on:
​ ​ ​ ​* ​Managing ​patients ​with ​chronic ​conditions
​ ​ ​ ​* ​Beginner ​searching ​and ​reporting
​ ​ ​ ​* ​Basic ​EHR ​mapping ​and ​data ​validation
​ ​ ​ ​* ​Integration ​of ​pre-visit ​planning ​for ​your ​morning ​huddle

The ​cost ​is ​$1,000.00 ​per ​participant ​and ​space ​is ​limited!
